Can I order any picture as a print, card or canvass print that I see on your site?

No. Not all photos are high enough resolution to be greatly enlarged, but most are. Please contact me and ask me about the photo you are interested in and I will quote you a price and let you know its maximum size capabilities.

What is the difference between a glossy and a matte print?

A glossy print has a smooth, shiny, semi-reflective surface, as you would typically expect when processing film at a film developer. Matte prints have a flat finish with little to no glare. If you're not sure which one you'd like, we've found that many buyers like the matte prints.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

When we receive your order, we order the print from our service provider. So shipping times may vary. Most of our orders ship within 7-10 days of receiving the order.

Can I order an item not listed with the photo?

Yes! Contact us with any special requests and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Why are some prints available only in certain sizes?

Prints are offered in specific sizes to match exactly with the ratio of the printable file. This ensures that there will be no unexpected cropping or quality issues. An artist may also choose certain sizes to make available or unavailable.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No. You may complete your payment first, and then decide whether to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases.

Can I pick up my print to save on shipping costs?

Yes, if you are local, we can arrange pick up and possibly even free delivery, depending on your location. Delivery is not available for North County or North Coast area.
