This (before) picture was scanned from its original film photograph. It was a very poor quality photo and also had some sort of damage from some sticky photo album which caused the scan to come out very pixelated, had colored spots and distorted colors throughout.

This photo was taken in a garage with storage containers in the background, which were not the best backdrop for a mother/baby photo, so I added a nice livingroom set to the background. The baby's red outfit showed up way too bright in the original, so I toned the baby's clothing down. Also, mom wasn't wearing any makeup. So, I softened her portrait, added some makeup for her, and digitally combed her hair.

This photo was taken outside next to a stucco wall, was overexposed with harsh lighting. I faded the background so it wasn't a focal point; softened and enhanced her portrait -- softened skin tone, brightened eyes and added definition, and intensified the colors in the hair and eyes.

This photo had harsh lines and shadows, over contrasted, and the hat was coral in color. I softened and enhanced the portrait -- softened skin tone, brightened eyes and added definition, removed the shadows, and changed the colors in the hat and shirt to be more subtle.

There were some irrigation tubing and a black tub in the background of this picture, which I removed. It also had lots of dirty marks on the sidewalk and bricks; removed those. Then enhanced the colors to effectuate a more vibrnat picture.
