ALL PHOTOS TAKEN BY CCP ARE PROPERTY OF CCP AND MAY BE USED IN ANY WAY CCP CHOOSES WITH NO RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO IN WRITING.

Non-commercial use

Images for private or educational purposes, including use by schools, universities, non-profit organizations, churches, etc., are free of charge.

Commercial use

Contact me prior to using any photo for specifics and pricing.

Print Media

If you intend to use the images for commercial purposes, please note the following points:

For use in the print media, the homepage address www.CentralCoastPictures.com must be shown together with the images. Should there be insufficient space for the reference to be placed next to the image, it must be placed in a prominent position in your work. Use of the image is then usually discounted considerably, irrespective of the size of the printout, circulation or useful life. With permission, Central Coast Pictures allows you to change all images as and how you like with any photo software to suit your ideas and needs. If you don't wish to show the homepage address www.CentralCoastPictures.com, you may make a payment agreed upon between you and CCP prior to use via PayPal.

Web/Internet

If you intend to use images on a website, you must obtain permission prior to publishing. If approved, you must provide a link to Central Coast Pictures on the page the images appear stating "Pictures courtesy of Central Coast Pictures" linking directly to www.CentralCoastPictures.com. If you don't wish to make a link to www.CentralCoastPictures.com, you may contact us and arrange to purchase the rights to an image.

It is not permitted to copy Central Coast Pictures' images onto a website and offer them for downloading.

Film/TV

If you use images for a film, TV, or video production, you must make reference to the Central Coast Pictures website at the end of the production.

Artists

Artists wishing to use Central Coast Pictures' images as a basis for their artwork may do so free of charge. Should they, however, have the talent and luck to make a lot of money with their pictures, we would appreciate a donation!

If you don't wish to show the homepage address www.CentralCoastPictures.com, you may make a payment to Central Coast Pictures via PayPal.

Photo editing software may be used to alter pictures in any way providing that the finished images remain within legal limits and do not violate fundamental laws of decency.

Whether you use the images in print or in the web, you do not need to register or request permission provided that you adhere to the above stipulations. Should you not adhere to the above stipulations, then the penalties applicable to infringement of copyright law will apply.
