I often do projects for people -- organizations, friends, anyone who asks or needs free service -- at no charge. I love to help, but it takes hours of my time. Digital photomanipulation or photo enhancement and touch-up can take anywhere from 2-10 hours. The better the end result, the more time it has taken to create it.
